4 Divisions - 28 Teams
How it works - Regular Season:
Four divisions (East, West, North, South)
Seven teams per division. Players assigned randonly to divisions.
Top three teams from each division advance to playoff round.
Top two teams from each division win prize money.
Playoffs start after end of regular season with a new draft for the 12 teams in the playoffs.
Top two teams in the playoffs win money prize. Bonus money prize goes to team with highest accumulated points total from regular season and playoff round.

Draft
Managers pre-rank their players prior to the draft. Draft is automatic. The draft order is randomly selected and the the draft is a non-serpentine style draft. In a non-serpentine the draft order remains the same after every round, so in a 4-team league, the order would go: Round 1: 4, 3, 2, 1 Round 2: 4, 3, 2, 1 Round 3: 4, 3, 2, 1 ... and so on. We have 28 teams so rank players accordingly.

Trading and Transactions:
No maximum number of moves during season, ie; change your player roster daily if you want.
48 maximum moves (waiver claims, free agency drops/adds) per regular season.
3 maximum moves (waiver claims, trades, drops/adds) per week in the regular season.
Players are in waivers for 1 days after being dropped.
Trade vetoes: 75% of managers must object within 1 day waiver wire period to have trade vetoed.
Rosters can be set daily, rosters are locked 5 minutes before the start of the days first game.

Winning the Regular Season
Top three teams from each division advance to playoff round.
Top two teams from each division win prize money. The overall first place team with the highest points recieves a bonus.

At the end of the regular season the top three teams from each division enter the playoffs. All players are put back into freeagnecy and a playoff draft will take place. Overall first place team has first draft choice, second overall team has 2nd draft choice, third overall team has 3rd draft choice etc.etc.

Playoffs:
Playoff round will start with the Stanley Cup Playoffs. The top 12 fantasy teams will play in the playoff round. A new draft will take place. The draft order will be determined by the team ranking from the regular season. First place team drafts first, 2nd placed team drafts second, etc. The playoff draft will be a serpentine draft style. A serpentine draft is when the draft order alternates every round, so in a 4-team league, the order would go: Round 1: 4, 3, 2, 1 Round 2: 1, 2, 3, 4 Round 3: 4, 3, 2, 1. There will be 12 teams in the playoffs so rank your players accordingly.

Each manager in the playoffs will have 15 players. The playoff salary cap is $38,739,120. There are no maximum games, moves or trades in the playoff round. Managers may trade and drop and grab free-agents at will provided they stay within the salary cap.

15 players total : 11 active at one time
2 centers (2 active - 4 max)
2 left wings (2 active - 4 max)
2 right wings (2 active - 4 max)
3 defense (3 active - 5 max)
1 utility/skater (1 active)
4 bench
1 goalies (1 active - 2 max)

First Playoff Round starts with 12 teams.

After 1st round the top 8 teams advance to 2nd round. Players from the 4 last placed teams are put back into waivers and can be grabbed by remaining teams in the waiver order at that time.

After the 2nd round the top 4 teams advance to the 3rd round. Players from the 2 last placed teams in the round are put on waivers.

After the 3rd round the top 2 teams advance to the finals, last placed teams have players put in waivers.

At the end of the finals the first placed team is declared the winner and wins the top money prize. Top four teams in the playoffs win money prize. Bonus money prize goes to team with highest accumulated points total from regular season and playoff round.
